Hi there!

My name is Kirsty! I'm really new to ... EvErYtHiNg XD And I'm hoping to find out lots more about Conventions, Japanese Culture and Cos Playing by going to J-Con ^_^

I'm 23 (yes an old hag!) from Coventry and I have always had an interest in Conventions, but never had the opportunity to go to one, love the Japanese Culture and have always wanted to indulge myself in learning more, but never had the time to and always Always ALWAYS wanted to Cosplay, but never had anywhere to go to do so!!!

I'd love to meet people from my area who might be going!

I'm also popping up to Derby this weekend to pick up Fast Track Tickets from the shop XD So if anyone is around it'd be cool to meet up!!!

Looking forward to meeting mew peoples and going to the Con!!!

Other people are more creative than me though and go as anime characters Razz

He he he!!! You can't beat a Japanese School Girl at a Convention!!! Razz

I'm not sure what/who I'm gunna go as yet!!! I have very long black/dark fringeless hair and it seems to be hard to find a character to suit (as I think a wig will be far to hot and itchy with all my hair to hold in) ...

Possibly ... Millie from Trigun (But she is very Very VERY TaAlLlL and I'm ... not!!!) Dominique the Cyclops (Again Trigun!) ... would LOVE to do Moka Akayshia (sp* atm) from Ros + Vampire, but her hair is pink and I think whereever I would be working at the time (suspect becuase Im in a temp role atm) wud FIRE ME and my Mum would KILL ME!!!

It's either that or Generic Japanese School Girl or possibly a Kitty Girl Very Happy

But I have a feeling there might be a lot of them and I wanna make my first ever convention Cosplay Costume summit AhMaZiNg XD So I can be a little be proud XD

Heading up to Tokyo Okatu on Saturday to pick up from FT Tickets and mooch around, I might get some more inspiration whilst I'm there!!!
