| Hello Everyone.
I'm Chris and I am fairly new to anime/manga. So if anyone has any recommendations for a newbie, it would be much appreciated.
At the moment I have just finished reading the first two volumes of Welcome to the NHK and I am currently watching Serial Experiments Lain. But, I will watch/read pretty much anything.

| Hi Chris and welcome. I am also new blood to anime so its nice to see I am not the only newbie here. My first anime film was "Ghost in a Shell" and I would recommend it to anyone. I also love "Ninja scrolls" which is a classic. I have also just started reading graphic horror novels "Tomie" one of the Junji Oti collection (which Yuma lent to us), awesome. Never thought I would enjoy but I was pleasantly surprised.  I have so much catching up to do but you have to start somewhere so any recommendations this way would be great too.
